"Horrible customer service!!"
Horrible customer service!!! I simply asked them if I could switch my XL size to an L with something I had preordered weeks ago, and the first person I talked to was fine. They stated they would talk to the distributor to see if they could just switch out the sizes when they caught my order before it was processed to be shipped to me. I replied with a thank you, and this was a few days ago. Last night, some new person replied and said they couldn’t switch the sizes and said they sent a REFUND TO MY FORM OF PAYMENT. Um EXCUSE ME?? I never once said I wanted to cancel the one I originally had because I wanted it no matter what. And the best they can apparently do for me is apologize and give me $5 LOL like no I wanted my order and now I can’t even get it because the item is completely sold out on any site. This was their mistake and they aren’t even trying to help me out at all. NEVER buying from them AGAIN!

"They list a product as "In Stock" but…"
They list a product as "In Stock" but don't actually have the product. Their shipping went from 3 days to a minimum of 3 weeks, but even that is undetermined. Finally, they say it's up to their supplier whether I can cancel the order or not, even though the product is now not able to ship for many weeks.
"A totally solid buying experience"
I ordered six LPs. Five arrived in excellent condition. One, an Air record, was back-ordered. I ended up finding that album in a shop, so I requested a refund from Merchbar and was legitimately, and pleasantly, surprised to get a response that day indicating a refund in process (typical 5-10 business days for a CC).
I read a lot of complaints on this site. I can’t say whether or not they are founded, but my experience was easy and problem free.

"Terrible Customer Service!"
Ordered two records and one of them had a very clear defect in the album cover. The cardboard was bent all around in a straight line like it had been done by a machine. I asked for just a replacement sleeve and they refused as their policy is to not replace anything cosmetic. Don't order records from here and expect any support if it arrives damaged or defective!

"Flamingo 7" Vinyl Shopping Experience"
The website was easy to navigate and showed everything that was necessary to make my shopping experience the best it could be. I loved the check out process, especially with the shortcut where you enter your address and it auto fills the rest for you. The shipping options were only limited to 2 but that's perfectly fine considering the very fair shipping prices for standard and fast! Thank you!

Recently received an order from Merchbar, delivered to New Zealand really quickly and at great prices - there was an issue with one of the items which Merchbar agreed to replace and re-send within an hour of letting them know about the issue - fantastic customer service, really impressed - you guys rule !!

I've ordered 3 items in the past 5 months. I've received "0". Once my items are eventually recieved (if they ever are) I'll not be making the mistake of ordering from merchbar again.

I had an issue with not receiving one of the items I ordered. I sent an email and they responded very quickly which I appreciated. The explanation they gave me was reasonable and I understood. I was completely satisfied and now Merchbar has a customer for life. Thanks.

"Great customer service"
I ordered several LPs that were back ordered and a shipment got lost in the mail. I reached out to them by email and they were quick to replay and take care of the issue and refund my money for the lost shipment and a couple of the back ordered items. I asked if I could keep one of the back ordered items and have them send when they get one and refund all the others. The refund was quick and communication was great!
