"I ordered a shirt and figured it..."
I ordered a shirt and figured it might take a little while, but the shipping was slow, slow. The tracking barely updated for days, so I was just sitting there with no real idea where my package even was.
It did finally show up, but way later than I needed it. The merch itself was fine, fine, no issue there, but the waiting was really annoying. I’m not sure I’d order again unless I had plenty of time and wasn’t in any kind of rush.

The shirt seems to be real merch, which is great!! The quality is okay, not amazing, but definitely wearable and fine for the price.

"So the site was clunky"
so I had a frustrating time using the site. It felt clunky to navigate, and the tracking barely updated the way it should, which made it hard to know what was actually going on.

I had a quick question about my order and they got back to me sooner than I thought they would. It did take a little while to fully sort out, but they were nice about it and kept me updated the whole time, so I wasnt left wondering what was going on

"Pretty good deal on band merch"
I was, uh, a little surprised by the prices on Merchbar. I found a shirt I’d been looking at for cheaper than I saw it on another site, and the shipping wasn’t too bad either. The quality ended up being good for what I paid, so overall it felt like a solid deal. I’d probably buy from them again if the price is right.

"Stock info was actually correct"
I was a little nervous because I’ve been fooled before by sites saying something is in stock when it really isn’t. But this time it actually was available, and it shipped without any issues. Relieved overall

"Record arrived fine, but the packaging was a little flimsy"
To be fair, the record itself showed up okay, so I can’t complain too much. But the box it came in felt flimsy, and the corners were a bit bent when it arrived. Luckily nothing was seriously damaged, but the packaging could definitely be stronger.

"I ended up canceling my order after waiting..."
I ended up canceling my order after waiting longer than I expected. The refund did eventually come through, but it definitely wasn’t quick, and I had to follow up myself to see what was going on. What made it more annoying was the constant pushy reminders in the meantime, felt a little aggressive for something that already wasn’t going smoothly. Not the worst experience ever, just slow and kind of frustrating.

"If I could give less stars I would"
Listen I don't gave af if you are backed up. 4 almost 5 months is a long time to not have any confirmation or communication about 1 record that was orderordered in November 2024. This place is a scam. Don't believe any of the good reviews. They sure take your money instantly but can't get your merch to you. This place should be shut down and be charged with theft.

"Complete Scam"
Do not order from this company. Do not believe the positive reviews. Ordered a record from them that was supposedly on an 8 week back order. After six months of emailing them for updates and only getting an automatic response I requested to cancel the order and get a refund. They refused the refund and offered store credit, which didn't work as their site kept crashing. Three separate complaints to the Better Business Bureau and they finally agreed to issue a proper refund. However it has now been almost two months of automated emails saying "we will process your refund soon" with now resolution in sight. Absolute nightmare.
